Logistics warehouse leased in Seaham.

Point .Y has successfully let a 130,000 sq ft distribution warehouse in Seaham to Panther Logistics. Following the acquisition of the vacant unit a light touch refurbishment was completed by Point .Y. The scheme was being marketed during the refurbishment with several parties showing an interest in the warehouse. Terms were agreed and documents finalised with national distribution operator Panther Logistics within 7 weeks following completion of the refurbishment.
The warehouse offers 12m eaves, 10 dock level access doors across two elevations, LED lighting, 2 dedicated service yards, extensive parking, ground floor office with canteen and staff welfare area.
