Disused pottery repurposed to provide modern warehouse accommodation in Stoke- on-Trent.
Point .Y have acquired and completed a comprehensive redevelopment of a disused pottery site in Tunstall, Stoke on Trent. The former Dudson Pottery headquarters had been left without a long term occupier since Dudson, one of the UK’s oldest tableware brands, fell in to administration in 2019.
Following acquisition, Point .Y have completed a comprehensive redevelopment of the site involving demolishing circa 100,000 sq ft of space, reroofing and cladding the majority of the scheme, installing new office pods and welfare facilities, resurfacing yards and installation of new services across the site. The available units range from 5,000 to 40,000 sq ft and all benefit from an EPC B. The site now comprises 10 units all with dedicated yards and parking.
There has been good interest in the redevelopment scheme during and post construction with 4 of the 10 units now let to a variety of local and national operators and strong leasing momentum in the remainder of the space. For information on the available units please contact our retained letting agents Harris Lamb and Mounsey Surveyors.
