Point .Y has delivered 100,000 sq. ft. of prime industrial warehousing at Erdington Industrial Park. The development site was acquired by Point .Y in June 2023 as part of the purchase of the wider multi-let industrial estate.

Avalon Point, located just six miles from the centre of Birmingham, was developed by Point .Y, creating two state-of-the-art logistics units to BREEAM Excellent accreditation. The project commenced in December 2023, with completion of the building delivered by Glencar Construction in August 2024.
