Existing tenant commits to warehouse in Sheffield.
Point .Y has agreed terms with existing occupier, Kuehne + Nagel for a lease extension at a 100,000 sq ft warehouse scheme in Sheffield. The global 3 rd party logistics operator has committed to the space for a further fixed term following positive negotiations with Point .Y.
